Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 29 days. If 29 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@medsupplyforyou.com.

Before sending any returns, please confirm the correct supplier return address with us, as we partner with multiple suppliers. This ensures the product is returned to the original sender.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping

To return your product, you must mail it to the confirmed supplier address. As we work with multiple suppliers, please confirm the return address with us prior to shipping.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
